Brilliant-Electronics.com offers only fine quality merchandise. We will do our best to satisfy each and every customer to the best of our ability. We believe that you will be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will:
Replace or exchange the merchandise (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs), or
Credit to your credit card account. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All non defective returns have to be in new and resalable condition. If the customer does not wish to exchange their product, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
All big screen TVs, plasma TVs, flat screens that shipped to customer, manufacturer's warranty will be responsible, you must send them to an authorized service center only. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for repairs.
For Alpine, Sony, Sanyo, JVC, Panasonic/Technics, Peavey, Clarion, Chauvet, Mackie, Kicker, Infinity, Kenwood Home/Mobile, Rockford/Fosgate, Palm Pilots, Yamaha, Telex, Denon, Shure, Toshiba, Sharp electronics, such as: TVs, DVD players, car stereo, scanners,fax machines, printers, receivers,home theaters and DJ equipments are not returnable after box is opened. All inquiries must go to manufacturer authorized service center only.
Please allow 1 billing cycle in order to have your credit shown in your hard copy account statement after we actually refund you for credit due to the lag time of the credit card report
